Advanced reservations are being accepted for 2024

Exact dates/breeding combinations are yet to be determined, but we estimate we will have puppies ready to go home in the Spring and at intervals throughout the remainder of year. To begin the reservation process for a current or future litter, we ask that a brief application (which we email upon request) be completed to provide information about your home environment as well as your desired physical and temperamental traits for your puppy which greatly assists us in matching each puppy with their new family.

For future litters past Spring, a general reservation list is compiled in date order at the time your application and/or deposit is submitted.  Depending on your desired timeframe, a $700 deposit may be requested upon submission of your application to confirm your position on the list and becomes non-refundable 60 days prior to the estimated breeding date (but is transferrable to a future timeframe).

It’s not too early to make plans for 2024. Our reservation lists can fill up quickly (even months in advance) – so keep this in mind when planning the ideal timeframe for bringing your new puppy home.

Our puppies are united with their families through both car and airline travel - we are able to assist through every phase of the planning and travel process - whichever route you choose to take.

Car Travel

Puppies do very well with car trips – even those of a longer duration (4-10 hours). Many families enjoy the drive to our Virginia mountains – very scenic and mostly interstate travel.  However, if you prefer not to drive the entire distance, our transporter can meet you within a 2-5 hour drive radius from our farm – whether this is directly to your home or “meeting in the middle.”

Customized trips of longer distances can also be quoted upon request based on transporter availability. Please email for more details.

Airline Travel

We DO NOT cargo ship. We only utilize in-cabin transport which allows for constant monitoring and reassurance during flights. The puppies travel very well in a soft-sided airline-approved carrier under the seat and typically sleep comfortably throughout most of the flight time – experiencing little to no stress. If distance prevents driving for pickup, we recommend the following OWNER FLY-IN options:

Owner Fly-In

For most locations, same-day arrival/departing itineraries are readily available; however, for locations on the West Coast, an overnight stay at a nearby pet-friendly hotel with a departure flight early the following morning is usually warranted.

TRI-CITIES REGIONAL AIRPORT (Bristol, Tennessee). We will meet you at the airport or LaQuinta Inn (which offers a shuttle service).  An additional cost is $100 plus the carrier.

Tickets requiring only one-stop are available to most US airports as Tri-Cities (TRI) offers direct flights to:
1. Atlanta, Georgia via Delta Airlines.
2. Charlotte, North Carolina via American Airways.
3. Orlando (Sanford) and St Pete/Clearwater (PIE), Florida via Allegiant Air (seasonally).

ASHEVILLE REGIONAL AIRPORT (Asheville, NC) or MCGHEE TYSON AIRPORT (Knoxville, Tennessee). Both of these airports offer a wider range of direct flight destinations via more airlines and are approximately 2 hours driving distance. You may rent a car and drive to our location. Or, we can meet you at the airport for an additional cost of $225.
